Instructions for Dictating at WordCenter, Inc.
To talk with a WordCenter person: (505) 842-9800
To listen to dictation already in the system on a patient (or to
confirm that a visit has been dictated), dial (505) 842-0909, enter 99#,
then when asked for the patient number, enter the 4 or 5 digit RMA number
then #.
- To dictate, dial: 842-0909
- Enter your ID number, followed by the pound (#) sign.
(Your ID is usually the last 4 digits of your Social
Security
Number; must be set up with WordCenter.)
- Work type. Press Work type followed by #.

- Patient ID. Enter Patient's ID (account) number followed by #.
- Press 2 to record.

Backs up a few words and plays back. When you hear intermittent
beeps, press 2 to begin recording again. |

Fast forward to end of
report. Press 2 to begin dictating again. |

Ends report and disconnects from system. |

LONGER REWIND |
Backs up five or six words and plays back. When you hear beeps,
press 2 to begin recording again. |

FULL REWIND |
Rewinds to beginning
and begins playback. When you hear intermittent beeps, press 2 to begin
recording again. |

report. Dictator may begin another report without hanging up or redialing.
